Kevin Flanagan, President
Kevin Flanagan is the President of Binomial Real Estate LLC, a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company, based in Dallas, TX. Prior to joining Binomial, Mr. Flanagan was a SVP who worked for the Morgan Stanley Residential Whole Loan Trading Desk as an Accenture Consultant for 10 years running the Transaction Management and Asset Management Teams. While at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Flanagan was responsible for the operations for acquiring, selling, securitization and asset managing all Residential Loans (Newly originated, and Seasoned RPL/NPL) and Business Purpose Loans for the Whole Loan Trading Desk. Prior to that, Mr. Flanagan worked as a Vice President at Saxon Mortgage, Citigroup and Bear Stearns in NY, Dublin and London. Mr. Flanagan received a BA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
Jeff Leonard, SVP
Jeff Leonard is a Sr. Vice President of Binomial Real Estate LLC, a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company, based in Dallas, TX. Mr. Leonard is responsible for all Collateral Management operations. Prior to joining Binomial, Mr. Leonard was a Senior Asset Manager supporting the Morgan Stanley Residential Trading Desk, responsible for loan servicing oversight and managing various functions of the Asset Management team. Prior to that, Mr. Leonard held supervisory roles with Saxon Mortgage Services. Mr. Leonard received a BS in Biology from Texas State University.
Jeff Cole, SVP
Jeff Cole is a Sr. Vice President of Binomial Real Estate LLC, a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company, based in Salt Lake City, UT. Mr. Cole is responsible for all Transaction Management Operations. Prior to joining Binomial, Mr. Cole was a Senior Vice President at Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc. leading the Loan Resolution, Quality Control, and Investor Reporting departments during his tenure. Mr. Cole received a BA in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.
Nikum Patel, SVP
Nikum Patel is a Sr. Vice President of Binomial Real Estate LLC, a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company, based in Salt Lake City, UT. Mr. Patel is responsible for all Loan Oversight Operations. Prior to joining Binomial, Mr. Patel worked at Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc. as Vice President of their loss mitigation department. Prior to Select Portfolio Servicing, Mr. Patel worked for Roosevelt Management and Rushmore Loan Servicing, focusing on establishing in-house GSE servicing and obtaining GSE licenses. Mr. Patel received a BA in Business Management from the University of Texas at Dallas.
