Our leadership team works closely with operational teams to ensure standards are applied consistently, issues are addressed proactively, and execution remains aligned with institutional expectations as portfolios evolve.

Kevin Flanagan is the President of Binomial Real Estate LLC, a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company, based in Dallas, TX. Prior to joining Binomial, Mr. Flanagan was a SVP who worked for the Morgan Stanley Residential Whole Loan Trading Desk as an Accenture Consultant for 10 years running the Transaction Management and Asset Management Teams. While at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Flanagan was responsible for the operations for acquiring, selling, securitization and asset managing all Residential Loans (Newly originated, and Seasoned RPL/NPL) and Business Purpose Loans for the Whole Loan Trading Desk. Prior to that, Mr. Flanagan worked as a Vice President at Saxon Mortgage, Citigroup and Bear Stearns in NY, Dublin and London. Mr. Flanagan received a BA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.

Jeff Leonard is a Sr. Vice President of Binomial Real Estate LLC, a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company, based in Dallas, TX. Mr. Leonard oversees all Collateral Management operations across the firm’s investment, aggregation, and securitization activities. Prior to joining Binomial, Mr. Leonard was a Senior Asset Manager supporting the Morgan Stanley Residential Trading Desk, responsible for loan servicing oversight and managing various functions of the Asset Management team. Prior to that, Mr. Leonard held supervisory roles with Saxon Mortgage Services. Mr. Leonard received a BS in Biology from Texas State University.

Jeff Cole is a Sr. Vice President of Binomial Real Estate LLC, a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company, based in Salt Lake City, UT. Mr. Cole oversees all Transaction Management operations across the firm’s investment, aggregation, and securitization activities. Prior to joining Binomial, Mr. Cole was a Senior Vice President at Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc. leading the Loan Resolution, Quality Control, and Investor Reporting departments during his tenure. Mr. Cole received a BA in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.

Chad Boyd is a Sr. Vice President of Binomial Real Estate LLC, a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company, based in Laurens, SC.
Mr. Boyd oversees all Loan Servicing Oversight Management operations across the firm’s investment, aggregation, and securitization activities. Prior to joining Binomial, Mr. Boyd was a Senior Director at Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing leading the Portfolio Management department. While at Shellpoint, Mr. Boyd was responsible for overseeing third party relationships including all special product types such as RPL, NPL, CES, HELOC, and BPLs during his tenure. Prior to that, Mr. Boyd spent time working with the Loss Mitigation department at Truist, fka BB&T.
Mr. Boyd received a BS in Business Administration from North Greenville University.
